Für seine Illustrationen im Buch »Atlante dei luoghi misteriosi dell'Antichità« (Atlas der geheimnisvollen Orte der Antike) wurde Francesco im Frühling 2022 von der Society of Illustrators in New York geehrt. Das Buch hat 160 Seiten, davon 30 mit großformatigen Bildern. Das ist der zweite Atlas, den Francesco gemeinsam mit dem Autoren Massimo Polidoro bei Bompiani in Italien heraus gebracht hat.
