André's portrait paintings for Le Verbe

The French-language magazine Le Verbe from Québec in Canada focuses on contemporary culture and interviews clergymen and philosophers. André Laame portrays the personalities as paintings.

The April issue featured an interview with Père Guillaume Bruté de Rémur, who has been Rector of the Redemptoris Mater Seminary in Beirut, Lebanon, for 25 years and teaches at various other educational institutions in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Pierre Manent is a former director of studies at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales and one of the most important French intellectuals of his generation. Published together with an interview in the spring issue 2023.
